Autorenportrait

I live in Colorado Springs at the foot of Pikes Peak, but my heart still belongs to Scarborough, Maine, where my family settled generations ago and where I grew up on beaches and farms. I hold a Bachelor of Science in education from the University of Maine with concentrations in art and child and adolescent psychology. Over the years, I've taught kindergarten through 12th grade¿mostly in Christian schools¿while my husband served in pastoral and interim ministries across several states. Now settled in Colorado, I teach art part-time and enjoy traveling, reading, horseback riding, and time with my children and grandchildren.
