 Elles van ser les autèntiques protagonistes de la formació i evolució de la vida a la Terra. La seva història va començar fa uns 500 milions d'anys. Des de llavors, han escrit una fascinant crònica d'adaptació i supervivència.
 Durant molt de temps, l'ésser humà no va saber entendre el silenci de les plantes. Va ignorar la seva intel·ligència i les seves capacitats. En aquestes pàgines revelem els seus «superpoders», tan prodigiosos com essencials per a la nostra pròpia existència.

Autorenportrait

Soledad Romero began her career as an art and creative director in large advertising agencies. In parallel, and driven by her passion for books, she founded her own publishing house where she experimented and collaborated with artists from all over the world printing all kinds of formats and content. She currently dedicates herself exclusively to the creation of children's books. She acts as author and external editor for various publishers in Barcelona. Her dream is to share with the world what she is excited about and to collaborate with illustrators that she admires. Sonia Pulido won the Spanish National Illustration Award in 2020. According to the jury, her "extensive national and international career and for her versatility, which covers almost all areas of illustration: graphic novel, editorial illustration and advertising. A style, between powerful and fragility, with an aesthetic that not only draws on references from the past, but is totally contemporary." She works for international media such as The New Yorker, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, AD France or The Boston Globe.
