<p><b>Dr Steven Wright</b> is an Associate Professor of International Relations and an Associate Dean for Student Affairs in the College Humanities and Social Sciences at Hamad bin Khalifa University, Qatar.</p> <p> </p> <p><b>Dr Satoru Nakamura</b> is a Professor at Kobe University, Japan. He is also a research fellow at IHEID (Institut de Hautes Etudes Internationales et du Devèloppement, 2015) and visiting scholar to the College of Law and Politics at King Saud University (2015). </p> <p> </p> <p></p>
