Zhongguancun Listed Companies Association Zhongguancun Listed Companies Association (ZLCA), founded autonomously by a number of listed companies in Zhongguancun, is a national NGO registered under the Bureau of Civil Affairs of Beijing. The association was officially established on August 16th, 2012.ZLCAs mission is to assist government in delivering and implementing policies, representing members in providing advices and suggestions to government, providing professional policy consultation for its members, and establishing a high-level networking, resource sharing and learning platform. The foundation of ZLCA will play an important role in helping listed companies operate normatively and develop healthily, building a bridge between listed companies, investors, capital market supervisory bodies and government, promoting sharing of resources and cooperation.
