Summary of the Black Box Mental Book
Zusatztext
No one loves failure ... whether it failed to pass an important test, or fail to gain the attention of a person you love, or failed to prepare a wonderful meal, failure is failure, and it is one of the most disturbing and frightening things in life. But failure is not so bad, perhaps it is somehow useful, so success can only be achieved when we face our mistakes. Many people die every day because of the mistakes made by doctors and hospitals more than traffic accidents, because medical workers hide their mistakes and do not recognize them, and then they do not learn from them. On the other hand, the aviation field achieves a good and amazing record, given that the errors are used and are being remedied instead of hiding them.
