Escritora y Profesora Titular de la Universidad de Sevilla, doctora en Bellas Artes con una tesis sobre net.art y ciberfeminismo, Master Internacional en Creatividad, estudios superiores en Filosofía, Arte y Antropología Social y Cultural. En Fórcola ha publicado Un cuarto propio conectado: (Ciber)espacio y (auto)gestión del yo (2010). Actualmente es directora del proyecto de investigación "Género y Ciberespacio desde el arte y la representación visual" (Ministerio de Ciencia e Innovación), así como de X0y1, plataforma para la investigación y la producción artística digital que pretende promover la reflexión y la práctica creativa sobre la construcción identitaria en la cultura de redes.
