Almost 200 male and female athletes from 11 different teams and 3 different states were assessed. Knowledge of the physical characteristics as well as analysing the results of the tests and trials that make up the battery applied in this study will allow you to explore the potential of young people, athletes and non-athletes who find themselves in front of you on a daily basis.
