Onderzoeksschrijver Ramiz Deniz werd geboren in 1965 in Bakoe stad. Sinds 1988 werkt hij bij SOCAR. Sinds 1999 is hij lid van de Schrijversbond, sinds 2003 is hij lid van "Texil" Society, en sinds 2013 is hij lid van de Schrijversbond. Sinds 2003 is hij lid van de "Texxil"-vereniging en sinds 2013 is hij lid van de "Geographical Society of Azerbaijan". Sinds 2005 is hij de eigenaar van de "Golden Pen".
