None of us can deny the importance of workforce for organizational development and ultimately organizational success. It is a clear truth that all available resources of any organizations are impassive until and unless human resource made them active. Thus, human resource is the key player behind every successful organization. Human resource is also considered as human capital of the organization. To build this capital, is need of the hour, not only for enhancing knowledge and experience but also need to strengthen them physically and mentally. Psychological strength influences human behavior and insight at workplace. Recently, Psychological Capital and Emotional Intelligence (psychic abilities) are linked with Job performance and other work related attitudes at work place. This study examines the combined effects of Psychological Capital (PsyCap) and Emotional Intelligence (EI) on work related attitudes such as Organizational Commitment (OC), Turnover intentions (TI) and Job Performance (JP), of higher educational institutes in Quetta city, Pakistan.
