Today, trade is far beyond national borders. It is one of the most critical sociological events in which a relentless competition and power show are experienced. However, agriculture, especially the sustainability of agriculture, keeps its importance. In fact, it is becoming more and more critical every day. Rapidly depleted resources, people's desire to take the easy way out, and tend to work in service sectors such as industry, led to agricultural jobs to be done only by the aged. For this reason, the societies that produce and market their productions are as important actors as the ones that produce technology in the business competition. In addition to this, rapid change brings with it the process of reinterpreting and shaping the world. While well-designed areas, products, concepts are always welcomed, those with poor design lag behind in the competition between communities and even in national valuation. This book has goals such as presenting information to readers to a certain extent, making them think differently about these issues. It also involves the effort to add a brick to growing research and publications around the world.

Sinasi Akdemir is a scientist working on agricultural economics at Cukurova University. Having been a professor for more than twenty years, he is a well-known scientist, who has published more than one hundred papers, notices, and books.
