Effect of Slump Stretching with Static Spinal Exercise for the Management of Non Radicular Low Back Pain among Non Active Sports Persons - Clinical utility-the slump stretching is beneficial in the management of patients with non- radicular low back pain. Along with Slump stretching, lumbar spine mobilization and exercise were beneficial in reducing pain, reducing short-term disability and promoting centralization of symptoms in the selected group of patients.
