The motivation behind this book is to investigate how the utilization of cloud based accounting/finance infrastructure and intellectual capital affects business performance with a mediating effect of innovative work behavior among the employees of banking sector. Quantitative method is used in this study to explore the relationship among independent, dependent and mediating variables. The main view of study is how cloud based infrastructure and intellectual capital influences business performance in banks and what is the impact of innovative work behavior on business performance.
