The value of innovative culture and technological capabilities has been one of the top concerns of both scholars and practitioners for decades. Numerous studies have documented the positive effects of innovative culture and technological capabilities on organizational performance but the knowledge of the progressions through which such achievements are attained remains limited due to the lack of focus on the market environment. This study focuses on investigating the mediating role of business process agility on organizational performance.
