Ethanolic Extracts of J. Curcas Leaves on Wistar Albino Rats

This study investigated oxidative stress parameters of ethanolic extract of leaves of Jatropha curcas and its effects on wistar albino rats (male). However administration of our extracts caused a significant reduction in oxidative stress as can be seen in the ability of the extracts of J. curcas to increase erythrocyte GSH concentration and also simultaneously decrease malondialdehyde concentration an evidenced product of lipid peroxidation.
