Pumps are widely used in industries either to circulated fluid or pressurize fluid according to requirements. The performance analysis of pump is very important as these are used in large number in process and other industries. Considering importance of pump performance, various methodologies available in literature analyzed using experimental data and from it the best method is proposed. The best method proposed will give efficient performance, which results in large amount of energy saving considering utilization of pumps widely across all area. This book will be definitely useful for those which are working in the area of centrifugal mainly engineering students who are learning pumps, practitioner engineers, pump designers, etc.

Dr. Ashish V. Doshi had completed PhD in the area of energy improvement and optimization of pump as turbine from Sardar Vallabhbhai National of Technology, Surat, India. He is having total 19 years of experience, out of it 2 years in industry and 17 years in teaching and research. Area of interest is analysis of fluid systems, fluid machines, etc.
