This work gathers texts from the Legal and Education areas in order to spread knowledge and elucidate more about the aspects researched and discussed today. Organized by teachers Mauro Cazarotti & Rafaela Bergh. Mauro Cazarotti is Phd in Projects, with specialization in Research, by the International Iberoamerican University, UNINI, with co-tutelary period at Middle Tennessee State University, partial scholarship by International Ibero-American University (INIU). Rafaela Bergh is a Lawyer, graduated from the Federal University of Pará (2004). Specialist in Administrative Law and Public Policies from the University of the Amazon (2008), Master in Law from Estácio de Sá University - Rio de Janeiro. Coordinator of the Bachelor of Laws Course at Universidade Estácio Unidade Faculdade do Pará - FAP from August 2012 to January 2014, Coordinator of the Legal Practice Center since January 2014 and professor of Civil Law (Obligations, Contracts and Civil Liability) at the referred institution of Higher Education since January 2011.
