The present study aimed to examine the effect of organizational citizenship behavior on teachers organizational creativity in the elementary schools. Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB = Organizational Citizenship Behavior) has always been one of the most complicated subjects in the workplace for employees and researchers. OCB as "individual behavior that is discretionary, not directly or explicitly recognized by the formal reward system, and that in the aggregate promotes the effective functioning of the organization. And also the impact of group creativity on the organization has shown that A comprehensive, in particular, intellectual contribution of the organization's employees is essential to realize the organization's goals. If creative and brainy people in the organization, contribute the organization by thinking and creativity, will solve a variety of organizational issues more easily and quickly. Participatory thinking and creativity increase the individual's synergy. It is necessary to develop this culture of thought, to reform the organizational culture and to manage the culture of creativity and innovation in the organization
