The book has been compiled in order to sound knowledge about statistical methods. The topics and contents have been presented to make it easy understanding for the scientific community. The book is essentially non mathematical in character and on attempt has been made to illustrate the application of statistical techniques with the help of agricultural data. The main objectives are to develop the faculty of thinking among the student and to develop the skill of performing the calculation needed for various method of analysis.

Dr. Jananeeswari Narayanamoorthy, M.Sc, M.Phil, M.Ed, Ph.D. is Assistant Professor at Department of Mathematics, Adhiparasakthi Agricultural College, Kalavai, Vellore district, Tamil Nadu. She obtained her Ph.D Degree at Thiruvalluvar University in 2018.
