This book beamed its search light on the Implementation of the Green Tree Agreement on the Inhabitants of Bakassi Peninsula. It set to expose students of International relations, International Organizations, Diplomats on the best approach in dealing with issues pertaining to change of tittle of land occupy by a group of people. Similarly, the book also x-ray the role of United Nations through its Secretary General good office which ensure that the signing and subsequent implementations of the treaty in 2008 was made possible. The Aim was to make sure that peace and unity exist between Nigeria and Cameroon after the transfer and takeover of the dispute territory.

Saka Bemshima is from Guma Local Government area of Benue State. He attended L.G.E.A Primary School Ukpiam and Yonov Community College Ikpayongo. Obtained the following qualifications: Diploma in Personnel Management,2002; B.Sc Political Science 2012 and M.Sc International Relations and strategic studies 2018 from Benue State University Makurdi.
