Born in Genova in 1960, the Author attended Genoa Univ.(1979-1984), taking an excellent degree and working as a specialized State teacher in Italian High Schools(1984-2008), while developing advanced Research Studies on his colleagues' behalf. Since 2014 he has been working as an independent groundbreaking Researcher in Scientific and Historical Subjects.
