Nanomaterials are in the forefront of research because of their unique multi-functional properties. Several methods are now a days being developed by the researchers to synthesize nanomaterials. He has published 60 international journals, 3 books and 8 book chapters. His research interests are semiconductor optoelectronics, nanoparticle based drug delivery and nanotoxicology.
