The role and status of school through education systems is fundamental to achieving better quality in every aspects of social and individual life and realizing the human rights of all human beings. Education can raise the quality bar across education systems and it may direct whole community and nation towards the overall respect ion, protection and fulfillment of human rights. As an important and formal entity of society, school's activities towards environment and developmental rights need to be guided through the Ministry of Education and by educational authorities. Its an important dimension to disseminate concern and apply the best concepts of rights to environment and development in real ground of community by means of school. So, the identification of the real status of schools concerning environmental issue is being important.
