The most fundamental matter and antimatter in reality are the ultimate particles and being emptiness. When they meet, the processes of converting into the electro-ultimate particles are the annihilation. An ultimate particle existing in this being emptiness, around it there will be accordingly to render as the characteristics of negative charge. This is the most fundamental charge layer, also the root cause of spin. Therefore, the number of all matter and antimatter in the universe must be equal to each other. Furthermore, the interaction between them follows Lenz's law. This is the root cause of inertia. But there is a logical order between the changes of the two, so it will inevitably lead to a time lag. This is the root cause of wave. This is not a preaching, but a prelude for the readers to enter our book.
