Molar Incisor Hypomineralization (MIH) is used to describe the clinical appearance of enamel hypomineralization of systemic origin affecting one or more first permanent molars that are associated frequently with affected incisors.An appropriate understanding about the etiology, diagnosis by differentiating it from other enamel defects and appropriate treatment are essential for the management of MIH.
