Born in 1960, the Author took a University Degree in 1984, specialized as a public teacher and worked in several Italian Superior Schools and Institutes from 1985 to 2008, also operating as a consultant for some of his colleagues from 2009 to 2014 and as an independent academic Researcher from 2014 onwards, in many scientific and historical fields.
