Employee productivity has gained prominence from both academic researchers and organizations due to its importance in attaining organizational performance and effectiveness. Organizational performance and productivity of an organization depends on the consummation level of its staff and substantially more, on the compensation, how much are they involved and the level of feedback they received in the course of discharging their given tasks. Human Resources Management approaches are currently being intended to expand hierarchical joining, representative responsibility, adaptability, and nature of work.Job-related factors, such as compensation, job involvement, pay, hours of work, advancement openings, feedback, and job security together with professional stability impacts work fulfillment just as employee productivity.
