Insurance has been seen as one of the ways to spread risks.over the years, insurance has been used as a tool to effectively curb contingent losses against ones property be it commercial or non commercial. The existence of insurance coverage on ones property guarantees the replacement of such property if affected by the peril under which the insurance policy was made provided the insured didnot act contrary to the insurance policy. This book provides a deep insight of what property insurance is all about and elucidate the various property insurance covers that can be taken by the insured's against their property.
