This book describes the genetic fingerprints of the isolates, the biotypes, serotypes, and and the virulent genes associated with the pathogenicity of Vibrio cholerae that afflicted Ghanaians in a large outbreak in 2014.

Autorenportrait

Patrick Feglo holds PhD degree in Clinical Microbiology. He is a Senior Lecturer and now Head of Department. His research focuses on the genetic basis of antimicrobial resistance where his laboratory uses phenotypic, molecular and genomic tools to understand molecular mechanisms of microbial resistance in human hosts.
