Children's literature in our modern era has received widespread attention from a variety of sources, from families keen to cultivate the seeds of culture in their children and entertain them with this literature, to official and private entities that have adopted it as an effective educational tool, to publishing houses and media organizations seeking engaging texts for children to transform into attractive publications and brilliant television and radio programs. Moreover, video game companies compete to produce exciting games that attract millions of children, making their games their first choice, and reaping huge sums of money from this endeavor.
 
 The League has included in its work programs a contribution to stimulating literary creativity appropriate for the nation's children and assisting its creators. It has published stories, plays, and poetry collections for a number of them that convey noble messages for children and reinforce true religious and patriotic values ¿¿in them. It encouraged scholars to write evaluative and theoretical studies on existing works and on what we hope writers will create, both present and future. For this purpose, it held seminars and literary and critical forums, devoting ample space to this topic in its magazines.
 
 This book, published by the Association as part of its publications on children's literature, represents a step forward in the field of evaluation and theorizing; evaluating examples of existing literary production and theorizing the rules and standards for the creativity it seeks for the nation's children. It includes nineteen studies, covering seven themes. These studies were originally presented and discussed at an expanded symposium held by the Association, for which researchers were commissioned.
