One of the greatest professional challenges facing teachers is supporting children with behavioral difficulties. However, the German-speaking world offers hardly any proven professionalization formats for this. In this book, the author develops and evaluates a process-accompanying further training concept. The results provide a conceptual framework for the development of future professionalization measures and represent an important contribution on the way to an inclusive education system.
