Prof. Dr. Erwin Hoffmann, Studiendekan für Wirtschaftspsychologie an der Hochschule Fresenius, war über 14 Jahre als leitender Personal- und Organisationsentwickler in einem größeren Beratungsunternehmen der Branche Wirtschaftsprüfung/Steuerberatung tätig. Er lehrt an der Hochschule Fresenius Kommunikation, Verkauf, Personal- und Organisationsentwicklung sowie Unternehmensberatung. Daneben hat er einen Lehrauftrag für Kommunikation an der Fachhochschulen Münster für angehende Wirtschaftsprüfer inne und ist bundesweit in den Branchen Wirtschaftsprüfung, Steuer- und Rechtsberatung als Trainer, Berater und Coach tätig und veröffentlicht regelmäßig Fachbücher und -aufsätze für die Branche.
