Sascha Gruschwitz has been entered the federal judiciary of the Free State of Saxony in 2013. He is also a long-term instructor and examinor for legal trainees there. He studied from 2003 on at the Faculty of Laws of University of Leipzig with an academic focus on international private law and procedural law. He successfully completed his studies in 2008 and began the legal traineeship at the District Court of Leipzig, including varied stages at law firms and federal authorities. In 2010 he successfully obtained the second state examination and moved to the Institute of International and European Private and Procedural Law at the University of Leipzig, where he was appointed as a scientific assistent. In 2015 he was awarded of Doctor of Laws there.
