Ingrid Jungwirth is professor of social sciences with focus on diversity and inclusion, head of the study programme Gender and Diversity, B.A., Rhine-Waal University of Applied Sciences, Faculty of Society and Economics. Carola Bauschke-Urban is professor of sociology, gender and diversity studies at Fulda University of Applied Sciences, Department of Social and Cultural Studies.
