Aleksander Kobylarek was born on 2nd of May, 1968 in Slupca (Poland). He attained a doctorate degree in education at the University of Wroclaw. Since 2005 he has been a patron of the students science club Variograf, and since 2006 director of the U3A, as well as an academic teacher and researcher.
