The (Repertory) Grid Interview is the best-known method of Personal Construct Psychology founded by George A. Kelly in 1955. Today it has applicable significance for experts in a wide range of disciplines, particularly educational scientists, psychologists, sociologists, economists and media scientists who wish to produce a differentiated and structured picture of personal constructs people use to create their subjective worlds. Because there are already guides for administrating, and software tools for statistically analyzing Grid Interviews available, but, as yet, no methodical advice or assistance in analyzing and understanding the data gained, this practical and application-oriented volume endeavours to close this gap.
