Marion Knaths, born in 1968 in Wolfenbüttel, has succeeded where not many women succeed - in reaching a top position. After studying at the Wirtschaftsakademie Hamburg, she started her stellar career with a big Hamburg company where she became the youngest member of the executive staff. In 2004, she started her own business as a freelance management consultant. Her company sheboss offers training seminars for women in leading positions, as well as coaching at home and abroad.
