As a design thinker, warm-ups are an integral part of my world. They are the little helpers that I can always come up with when I need them. A warm-up is the perfect start to a common workshop day - regardless of whether the participants already know each other or are completely unfamiliar. A warm-up provides fresh energy on long, intense workshop days - whether early morning or midday. A good warm-up is able to break away from established thinking - whether in the research or brainstorming phase.
