Outcome of the research unit FOR1224: CFRP-Al transition structures in lightweight constructions

The goal of this research is the development of innovative concepts for the transition structure between CFRP and aluminum. For this purpose, three different concepts were developed. In the following, these are termed wire, foil and fiber concept. During the investigation of these concepts, the focus has been on five objectives.
