The Book End of the 19th century the discussion about the social aspects and necessity of public healthcare was intensively discussed. In Germany the legal framework (Bismarck) was set up as a social system which allows poor people to participate on the basis of solidarity. The German example was overtaken in several countries and structures, even today, and modified. On the European level, the legal framework shows the minimum consent in fulfilling the ethical and legal requirements within the countries. The legal, ethical and social requirements, based on the individual social-culture background. So it seems very interesting to show some of these links in "Law, Public Health Care System and Society, Volume 2" which is focused on "legal, ethical and social aspects of the public healthcare system in Europe and beyond". The authors are coming from different fields (Lawyer / Ethicist / Medical doctor and Public Health care experts". German abstracts are included.
