Hinnerk desperately wants to become a member off the Likedeeler-Pirates. Yet at his annual attempt to prove himself to them, he fails. Still frustrated he later finds a stranded girl who seems to possess mystical powers: She can control the sea! In this moment everything changes - for Hinnerk and the whole of Free Frisia. At the same time, beyond the nebulous, East-Frisian coast, an ancient, pagan power which wants to return to the mainland and incinerate all churches awakens. It is the Last King.

Autorenportrait

Gerd Freimuth was born on 15 June 1985 in the town of Norden and currently works as an IT-Administrator in East Frisia. Since primary school he draws and writes little stories (e.g. about speaking rubber balls). Frisian Freedom is his first attempt at a more complete, continuous fantasy story in a medieval setting.
