The developed method of ten steps connect wide relations between spiritual and natural processes in one unity. The spiritual content of the ten numbers define the processes. Numbrers in geometrical figure define performance triangles. Spiritual content of the ten numbers include also ten synonyms fort God, which canbe used as a basis for health keeping with thoughts. With the method have been analyzed personal and body developments, performance triangles in chemistry and in music. Method for long-term forecast of weather and method for analyzes of the world history in 600-, 60-, 6- year periods are also presented.

Jan Reichl:The author was born on 8. september 1931 in Martin, Slovakia.He studied at the Agricultural University in Brno. At the University of California in Davis and at the University of Hohenheime in Stuttgart he developed models for metabolic processes. In years1979 - 1995 he was professor at the University of Hohenheim inStuttgart, Germany.
