Gerhard Strejcek ist ao. Prof. am Institut für Staats- und Verwaltungsrecht, hat zahlreiche Publikationen zum öffentlichen Wirtschaftsrecht verfasst und leitet seit 2004 das transdisziplinär ausgerichtete Zentrum für Glücksspielforschung bei der Universität Wien ¿ ZFG.   Dietmar Hoscher ist Vorstandsdirektor bei der Casinos Austria AG tätig und durch zahlreiche wirtschaftswissenschaftliche Publikationen sowie die Mitherausgabe eines Sammelbandes zu "Glücksspiel in der EU und in Österreich" ausgewiesen.   Markus Eder leitet des Bereichs "Public Affairs" bei der Casinos Austria AG und ist mit profunden, juristischen Artikeln sowie durch wissenschaftliche Editionstätigkeit im Bereich Sportwetten und Glücksspiele an die Öffentlichkeit getreten.
