Autorenportrait

Michael Alznauer is a partner at Change Support Team (Bonn) where he works on Management Training, Project Management and HR Consulting. His current fields of interest also include change and interim management. Mr. Alznauer studied Clinical Psychology and Diagnostics in Bonn prior to beginning over 20 years of investigating the phenomena of leadership. Since then he has supported and accompanied a couple of thousand executives in completing their leadership tasks.
