Zusatztext
The development biosensors have received a great deal of scientific community in previous twenty years, not only the chemical industry but also medicine, bio-industry, food industry and environmental control. The sensor capability may provide non-stop reversibly a selective and instant response to the immediate existence of a specific element or compound in a complex mixture without distracting the system. Biosensors combine the power of analytical detection techniques with the specificity of biological recognition system and therefore are the most promising devices today about this selectivity. The biosensor as a self-contained integrated device, capable of providing specific quantitative or some time qualitative analysis information using a biological recognition element, which is retained in direct spatial contact with a transduction element. In this view, for biological recognition element or bio-receptors, many approaches have been used including enzymes, lipids, microorganism, immuno-agents, chemoreceptors etc. Nanoparticle research is currently an area of intense scientific interest due to a wide variety of potential applications in biomedical, optical and electronic fields.
