The author, Okenjom Godian Patrick is a Masters degree holder of Educational Administration and Planning and currently running a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) Programme in the Department of Educational Foundation at Ebonyi State University, Nigeria. He is a member of Nigerian Association of Educational Administration and Planning (NAEAP).
