Professional learning communities (PLCs) create an atmosphere to make the schools or educational organizations effective and flourishing. The core of professional learning community is continuous learning and student achievement, not simply to raise student achievement scores. The PLCs encourage tecaher learning for improving student learning and achievement and promote teaching concepts, pedagogical techniques, and inspire creativity and innovation in teaching.
