Every profession has its tools. Ministers of God have tools and their primary tools are books. There are some vital books church leaders must have to do their work. Acquiring these books and knowing how to use them bring efficiency and productivity in their work. Furthermore these tools or basic study resources brings better understanding of the Word of God and greater application to the lives of people that leaders have been called to serve. This work is about tools that aid the understanding of the Holy Writ so 'that the person dedicated to God may be capable and equipped for every good work' 2Tim.3:17 NET. The true craftsmen who are worth their salt must continue to grow or develop themselves by more training and willingness to develop new tools. Therefore, as people who work with the Bible, we must aspire to become like the master craftsmen. We must learn to work effectively with the Bible, so that we can be more productive in the Kings Vineyard.
