Zusatztext

Black Gram (Vigna mungo) is a tropical, edible and leguminous plant considered to have been domesticated in India from its wild ancestral form V. mungo var silvestris. It is grown in various agro-ecological conditions and cropping system with diverse agricultural practice. It is cultivated in a large groups compared to rice - cultivation in India. It considered as a protein rich pulses.Polymorphic genetic marker have wide potential application in plant and animal breeding practical a means for varital and percentage identification and a mean for identification of evolution of polymorphic genetic loci affecting quantitative economic traits and the subsequent manipulation of these loci in genetic improvement program. In this book species of Black gram have used to analyze the genetic variation or polymorphism by using DNA-based molecular marker technique (RAPD). Genetically and molecular variation have measured by using information generated by RAPD-band and than specific types of genes (resist to any disease) can be detect.Different species of Vigna mungo have used to detecdetect polymorphism and relationship between phenotypic and genotypic characteristics.
