The idea to publish the book "Yugoslav Intervention in Albania during the World War Two" in English language firstly came from my colleagues of the historiography studies, friends, readers and others interested in the abovementioned issue. One of their key points was also the fact that especially now regarding political circumstances of Kosova and generally Albanian-Serbian relations, to publish a book like this, which is scientific study of this issue, into English language could be helpful as an additional information to international audience, not only academicals but also to diplomats about the newest history of this part of Southeastern Europe. In this occasion, I express my gratitude for publishing English version of my book, I am honored and I want to thank particularly German scholars, at the same time reviewers Jens Reuter, Fabian Schmidt. And American scholars Ralph Cintron and Robert J. Donia. And I want to thank with great respect everyone else that in any way supported and helped this book to be published. About the author: Dr. Agim Zogaj is the author of ten books in Albanian. During the Kosovar War (1998-1999), he reported on the war for "Deutsche Welle" radio in Albanian. He has taken part in many scientific Conferences. He is the lecturer in the Department of Political Sciences and Vice Dean at the University of Prishtina.
