We develop a data warehouse for technical support division at Mirpur university of science and technology (MUST). The University Data Warehouse Based on SQL Server Services is a collection of integrated institutional data which can be accessed by authorized Faculty, Staff, Administrators, Researchers, and Associated Personnel with a business need to know. The data warehouse is a copy of transaction data specifically designed to give decision makers instant access to information through the usage of query and reporting tools, enabling knowledge tools such as analysis, forecasting and trending. The University Data Warehouse a diverse set of university functional information such as academic and student information, student exam system, and library information of return and issue books, personnel it starts with the decision to build a data warehouse and proceed through the planning stage to the university exploitation.
